November 17
Our first event will be an entertaining and moving English-language screening of NEW WAVE DOCUMENTARY, a Vietnamese-centered story on Monday, November 17 from 6-9 p.m at NAIT Shaw Theatre. We encourage you to bring your family (younger and older generation) to experience this film. Tickets are FREE!
FREE Vietnamese Film Screening
This film screening is presented in partnership with Reel Chinatown / FascinAsian Film Festival - Edmonton and NAIT International and Intercultural Community Centre, with support from the Chinatown Transformation Collaborative Society.

Where We Came From (and where we go from here) - A Vietnamese-Edmonton Art, Food and Reflection Event
Join us as we reflect on the Vietnamese-Edmonton experience through art, food, stories and memories. There will be speakers, interactive art experiences including a Faces of Vietnamese-Edmontonians with Dawn Graves Photography, pop-up portraits with Be My Guest Portraits, delicious Vietnamese food from King Noodle House Pho Hoang, Mai Mai Viet Street Kitchen, Kim Fat Market, many meaningful moments for reflection, and more! We encourage you to bring your family (younger and older generation) for this powerful event hosted at LAST Modern Event Venue in Downtown Edmonton.
